Biography:

Jessica Rojas is a passionate community advocate and hard-working leader who thrives on solving problems and stepping up to challenges. As the President of the California City Chamber of Commerce and a dedicated Little League Coach, Jessica is deeply committed to helping her community prosper.  

With a background in service, including volunteering with Meals on Wheels and leading local Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts, Jessica has proven her dedication to uplifting others. She believes in treating people with honesty, respect, and fairness, embodying her running motto: *“Common Sense 4 the People.”*  

Jessica joins the East Kern Healthcare District to unlock its potential and ensure it serves the community effectively, bringing her energy, positivity, and a deep desire to see everyone thrive.
